Dr. Charles Hanu

Dr. Hanu holds a PhD in Management Science, specialiasing in Human Resource Management from Durban University of Technology, South Africa and MSc from Umeå School of Business and Statistics, Sweden. Charles was with Takoradi Technical University in Ghana before joining RBS. He teaches courses in human resource management and organizational behaviour at undergraduate and graduate levels. His research focus includes high-performance work systems, employee and organizational resilience, employer branding and career management, employee wellbeing, innovation work behaviour, and technology adoption. His work has been published in journals such as Technology Forecasting and Social Change, Current Psychology, Journal of Workplace Learning, International Journal of Educational Management, International Journal of Bank Marketing, and South African Journal of Human Resource Management.
