Dr. Mouna Youssef holds a PhD in Management Sciences (Accounting) and an HDR in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sousse. She has served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Sousse and held leadership positions as Head of the Accounting Department and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Northern Border University, Saudi Arabia. She has taught a wide range of courses, including Financial Accounting, Auditing, Intermediate Accounting, and Accounting Information Systems. Her research interests include financial accounting, behavioral finance, ESG and corporate finance, and sustainability reporting.
Dr. Youssef has published many articles in leading international journals such as the Journal of Behavioral Finance, the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance, Managerial Finance, and The North American Journal of Economics and Finance.
