Dr. Youssra Riahi holds a PhD in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Rabat Business School. Her research examines technology-driven supply chain transformation, with a focus on artificial intelligence, supply chain maturity, and the reconceptualization of supply chain theories to align with today’s evolving business landscape. She investigates how AI and emerging technologies enable adaptive models and novel paradigms.
Her work appears in leading journals including Expert Systems with Applications, Production Planning & Control, and the Journal of Knowledge Management. She is an active member of the international academic community and has presented her research, as well as chaired and organized sessions and workshops at major conferences and annual meetings, including INFORMS, DSI, and POMS. Her teaching focuses on supply chain management, distribution and warehousing management, project management, information systems and research methodology among other areas.
