Dr. Hajar Boutmaghzoute is an assistant professor at Rabat Business School, International University of Rabat. She received her PhD in Management from the same institution, an MBA in Project Management from Limkokwing University in Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Al Akhawayn University in Morocco.
Her research adopts an HRM and organizational behavior perspective, focusing on green leadership and the micro-foundations of corporate social responsibility. Her work has been published in international peer-reviewed journals.
