Dr Peter Agyemang-Mintah is an Associate Professor in Accounting with extensive international academic and industry experience. He is currently based at Rabat Business School and has previously taught at universities across the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and Europe. His teaching and academic work focus on accounting, finance, and related areas of business education.
He holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the Turku School of Economics, University of Turku, Finland, and completed his doctoral coursework at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), Bergen, Norway. Dr Peter Agyemang-Mintah also holds an MSc in Finance from the University of Skövde (Sweden), an MBA in Strategic Management, and a BSc in Analytical Finance and Accounting from Mälardalen University (Sweden). He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of CPA Australia.
Dr Peter Agyemang-Mintah’s research has been published in FTSE 50–listed and other highly ranked academic journals in business and accounting. He is actively engaged in academic service and is committed to supporting student development, research excellence, and institutional growth.
Prior to academia, he gained professional experience as an Investment and Fund Accountant at leading global financial institutions, including CitiGroup, JP Morgan Chase, BNP Paribas, and State Street Bank in the United Kingdom.
