Dr. Abla CHAOUNI BENABDELLAH is an assistant professor in Supply Chain Management at Rabat Business School, UIR. She holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and has six years of teaching experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Statistics, and Industry 4.0. She has also published a number of articles in leading and peer-reviewed journals such as Business Strategy and the Environment (BSE) and the International Journal of Production Research (IJPR). She organized a number of indexed International conferences. Her research interests include general aspects of operations and Supply chain Management, Industry 4.0, Circular economy, Product development, Design, Sustainability, Knowledge Management, and Multi-Agent Systems.
