Dr. Andani Thakhathi

Dr. Andani Thakhathi is a former senior faculty of Business, Strategic and Responsible Management at the University of Pretoria’s Department of Business Management, South Africa. Most recently, he taught MBA executives and Master’s candidates Business Ethics, Sustainability, Organization Behavior as a Visiting Professor to the University of Limassol’s business school – CIIM – Cyprus International Institute of Management. He holds a PhD in Ethics and Responsible Leadership in Business with the highest distinction (Suma Cum Laude) obtained through the Wittenberg Center for Global Ethics and the Martin-Luther-Universität of Halle-Wittenberg in Germany. He completed his Master of Commerce degree in Business Sustainability and Strategic Management with distinction (Magna Cum Laude) at the University of South Africa. Dr. Thakhathi has published his research in journals such as the Journal of Change Management, Journal of Cleaner Production and Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility.
