Dr. Antonina Lisovskaia

Dr. Antonina Lisovskaia holds a Ph.D. in Labor economics from the Faculty of Management at the Saint-Petersburg State  University of Engineering and Economics (Russian Federation), she completed her post-doctoral research at the University of Barcelona (Spain).Prior to joining UIR, she was an Associate Professor  at Graduate School of Management (EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB accredited), Saint-Petersburg State  University (Russian Federation). Her research interests focus on sustainable HRM and employee well-being. Her research has been published in leading academic journals including, among others, international Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Research.
