Dr. Farrukh MOIN

Dr. Farrukh Moin has completed his Phd (Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior) from the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), China. Before joining Rabat business school, he was affiliated with School of Economics and Management, Tongji University, Shanghai, China. His research areas are Leadership, Emotions, Organizational behavior, and Human Resources Management. He has several publications in the top tier (SSCI/SCI) journals including Journal of organizational change management, International journal of selection and assessment, Human performance, Scandinavian journal of psychology, Technology in society, Current issues in tourism, Journal of leisure research etc. He is a fellow of Chinese Academy of Sciences and The World Academy of Sciences (CAS-TWAS). He regularly presents his research findings in top international conferences around the world including AOM conference. He is also the reviewer of many SSCI/SCI International Journals.
