Dr. JEBLI holds a PhD in organizational communication and work relations from the University of Lyon 2-France and a Post-Doctorate fellowship in human resources management from the University of Quebec-Canada. The courses she teaches include human capital management, international human resources management, change management, leadership and training education (graduate, executive education and undergraduate). Jebli’s research works focus on cultural & discursive dimensions in organizations, diversity management, socially responsible human resources management and virtuality. She obtained several international grants and her research was published in top journals such as European Business Review and International Journal of Logistics Management. She also published several book chapters and action research papers.
