Dr. Khaled LAHLOUH

Dr. Lahlouh is an assistant professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior at Rabat Business School where he has been a faculty member since 2019. He is also the program manager of the Masters in Human Resources Management program. His research interests lie on the study of vocational behavior. More specifically, he focuses on the study of retirement behaviors and the issues that employees can face during the second part of their careers. His works have been published in peer-reviewed conferences and journals, such as Personnel Review.
