Dr. Laila FRIJA is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Rabat Business School, combining academic knowledge with practical experience. Her research examines ethical leadership, employee well-being, and their influence on organizational outcomes, particularly within the Moroccan context, including the pharmaceutical industry. She approaches her work with a positive focus on employees’ psychology and well-being, striving to identify strategies that promote healthier and more engaged workplaces.
Before joining the core faculty of Rabat Business School in 2014, Dr. FRIJA developed her expertise as a Socially Responsible Investment Analyst at Vigeo Group in Casablanca.
Dr. FRIJA earned both her Bachelor’s degree (2009) and Master’s degree (2011) in Business Administration from the renowned Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane. She later pursued her PhD at Ibn Tofail University in Kenitra, Morocco, solidifying her academic credentials and commitment to advancing the field of organizational management.
Her dedication to linking academic research with practical application continues to drive her contributions to the field and her mentorship of students.
