Dr. Lamiae Benhayoun holds a Telecommunications’ engineering degree from INPT Rabat and Télécom SudParis, and a PhD with double qualification in Management and Automation from University Grenoble Alpes, France. She teaches information systems, ERP, Data analytics, and digital transformation. Her research focuses on emerging technologies, knowledge management, operational excellence, and innovation networks. Her articles were published in highly recognized peer-reviewed journals including Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Business Research, and International Journal of Logistics Management. Dr. Benhayoun strives to transfer academic knowledge to socioeconomic actors through case studies and patented audit tools. She collaborates intensively with the management professionals through her involvement in the Scrum community and extensive media outreach in specialized press such as LeMatin, Lavieéco, Lesécos, MoroccoWorldNews, TheConversation, and Alliancy. Dr. Benhayoun received King Mohamed 6th excellence scholarship in 2005, the best thesis award in innovation management in 2017, and the prize of best teacher in 2023.
