Dr. Moazzam Ali holds a PhD in Management Sciences from COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. His research focuses on leadership, ethics, employee behavior, and the psychological mechanisms that shape workplace outcomes.
He has published in several leading journals, including the Journal of Management Studies, Human Resource Management, Human Relations, the Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Tourism Management. Two of his co-authored research articles received the Best Paper of the Year Award from Human Relations and Human Resource Management Journal in 2024. He has substantial experience in designing and teaching courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, covering management, organizational behavior, leadership, and research methodology.
