Dr. Nicolas ARNAUD

Dr. Nicolas Arnaud is the Dean of Rabat Business School, where he leads the institution’s strategic vision to foster academic excellence, innovation, and global impact. With a strong commitment to advancing higher education, he focuses on enhancing the school’s international reputation and shaping future business leaders. Before joining Rabat Business School, Dr. Arnaud held various academic and leadership roles, including serving as Dean for programmes at Audencia  Business School in France. His extensive experience spans program management, accreditation processes, and faculty development, underscoring his expertise in academic administration and his passion for impactful education. Dr. Arnaud is also an accomplished scholar in the fields of management and organizational behavior. He has published numerous books, articles and case studies in leading academic journals and regularly contributes to advancing knowledge in these areas.
