Dr. Nouhaila holds a PhD in Management Science from the International University of Rabat (UIR), a Master’s degree in Research in Economics specializing in Territorial Development, and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Currency, and Finance from the Faculty of Legal, Economic and
Social Sciences–Agdal (FSEJS-Agdal), Mohammed V University in Rabat. She has taught various courses including Statistics, Accounting, Investment and Security Analysis. Her research interest focuses on the institutional sphere, corporate governance, internationalization, and nonmarket strategies using econometric methods. Her work has been published in high-ranking journals, including the Journal of Organizational Change Management, European Management Review, Research in International Business and Finance, and the British Journal of Management.
Dr. Nouhaila has presented her work at international conferences such as the Academy of International Business (AIB), and her work has been accepted for presentation at the prestigious Academy of Management Annual Meeting. In addition, she has served as a peer reviewer for academic Journals.
