Dr. Xingting Ju obtained her PhD in Economics, Business Science, and Law from the Public University of Navarre (Pamplona, Spain), achieving “International Mention” and “Cum Laude”. Her research focuses on consumer behavior, international marketing, and hospitality services within the social media context. Experienced in quantitative research methods, she has implemented structural equation modeling, topic modeling, cloud computing, and machine learning-based algorithms in her studies. Her research has been published in leading journals, including the Baltic Journal of Management and International Journal of Consumer Studies. Her research was previously funded by the Public University of Navarre and the Department of Education of the Government of Navarre, Spain.
